• Consent – for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, processing is based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

6.1 slotgo8 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment processors – GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, to process your deposits and withdrawals;

• Technology providers – cloud hosting, platform infrastructure, and cybersecurity service providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements;

6.3 In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of slotgo8's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

7. Data Retention

7.1 slotgo8 retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

7.2 As a general rule, slotgo8 retains player account data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.

7.3 Gaming transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.

7.4 Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

7.5 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with slotgo8's data disposal procedures.

8. Data Security

8.1 slotgo8 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

10.3 slotgo8 may request proof of identity before processing a data subject request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorised persons.
